As a holistic wellness practitioner in service to the health and wholeness of my community, I commit to dismantling systems of oppression - within me and in society - that deny equality, equity, respect, care, and dignity to my community members and clients in BIPOC and LGBTQ bodies.

I admit there is much I do not know, and I commit to listening, learning, and growing. I will continue reading and listening to BIPOC and LGBTQ voices, and contributing to minority-owned businesses and organizations, in an ongoing effort to be educated about and undo societal injustices, and make reparations in whatever ways I can. I offer pay-what-you-can rates to BIPOC for all of my services.

As a white cis-gender woman in a white supremacist culture, I recognize that I have passively contributed to systemic racism & ecocide. I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.
