An invitation to gather in a tranquil natural setting and connect with your breath, your beating heart, your internal wisdom, the elements, and remember your way home to yourself, our community, and our beloved Earth.
Being a human is challenging in these turbulent times. We need each other. We need safe spaces to be held, to feel what we're feeling, to be exactly who and where we are from moment to moment, breath to breath. We need to allow time for stillness, quiet, rest, and reflection so that we can hear the guidance that is within ourselves and our natural world.
This is the centered place from which we co-create the world that supports empowered, peaceful, harmonious life for all beings.
All retreat activities are optional, as we encourage each individual to follow their internal wisdom.
