Join Certified Holistic Wellness Practitioners Chrystyna Prochaska & Stacey Pickering for a peaceful & uplifting evening of healing sound vibrations + Reiki, as we honor the transition from summer to autumn. 

Crystal singing bowls, made of quartz and other gemstones, are used in ceremony, healing, meditation, and various transformative experiences. They produce strong, clear, true tones that resonate deeply in our bodies & energetic systems. The vibrations that ring out from the bowls create clear pathways in us for opening, release, connection, balance & stillness. Their powerful sounds can help us feel grounded, energized, peaceful, uplifted and whole.

Chrystyna & Stacey combine these & other healing sounds with 
energy-balancing group Reiki. This hands-on or off-body holistic practice can connect us with our natural state of tranquility, wellness & wholeness. 

This 75-minute session may be enjoyed sitting, lying, or moving quietly through the space. Blankets, cushions, & chairs provided. Feel free to bring anything that will make your sitting or lying down experience comfortable.
